Summary:
Reporting to the VP, Total Rewards, the Director, Executive & Equity Compensation will be responsible for the strategy, design, and implementation of executive compensation programs, including base pay, short-term and long-term incentives, as well as oversight over the company’s global equity and Entegris’ Board of Director and executive non-qualified deferred compensation programs
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Provides technical expertise on executive compensation strategy, design, policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance.
Prepares and coordinate materials for presentations to the CEO, SVP Human Resources, and the Management Development & Compensation Committee (MDCC) of the Board of Directors.
Assists in the preparation of the CD&A, compensation tables, and other content for the annual proxy, in partnership with legal, accounting, and external vendors/consultants.
Manages the annual executive compensation planning process as well as new hire and separation processes for senior executives.
Develops and maintains high quality program communications and training materials.
Leads the annual long-term incentive planning process, including establishing guidelines, budgets, legal/regulatory compliance, approval process, and participant communications.
Oversees the global equity and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) programs, in partnership with Fidelity, Entegris’ stock plan administrator.
Responsible for Entegris’ Supplemental Executive and Retirement Plan (SERP) and Board of Director Deferred Compensation Program.
Provides input into executive compensation related filings and compensation disclosures.
Supports executive market pricing activities including job matching, data analytics, job pricing, and executive compensation survey submissions.
Serves as the main point of contact for senior executives to provide information and consultation on executive compensation and benefit programs.
Assists in the due diligence analysis for mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Engineering, Business or related field.
10+ years of relevant experience with a minimum of five years leading executive compensation programs in a publicly traded company.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to craft and deliver impactful presentations, employee communications, and program materials.
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast pace changing environment.
Able to partner cross functionally with HR, Finance, Tax and Law colleagues.
Strong vendor management and customer service skills.
Experience using compensation and HR systems (Workday, Fidelity, Equilar, etc.)
Experience with executive compensation data surveys (Radford, WTW, etc.)
