Position Summary

Position Pay: $15 per hour

Note: This is not a remote role.

Essential Functions

• Plan, develop and execute Breeze Airways' social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Create social media content that aligns with Breeze Airways' brand identity and tone of voice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop social media campaigns that support Breeze Airways' objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase Breeze Airways' social media following and engagement rates.
• Monitor and track social media campaign performance, providing regular reporting with recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
• Help create performance reports.
• Stay current with the latest social media trends and best practices.
• Offer management suggestions to enhance the Guest experience on social platforms and improve internal processes.
• Learn and become skilled in using internal software systems.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
• Prior experience in social media marketing, preferably in a professional setting.
• Experience with social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics tools.
• Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong desire for success.
• Complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines

Skills/Talents

• Strong sense of social media marketing fundamentals.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (particularly Premiere Pro), Figma, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exemplifies Breeze Airways' safety culture, values, and mission.
• Ability to work with individuals and teams at all levels in the organization.
