About the role

Fluidra is looking for a Customer For Life Advocate I to join our team in Sparks, MD. WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE In this role you will provide customer service and order management support to our Taylor Water Technologies customers. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries and processing orders. You will report directly to the Customer Service Manager. Additionally, you will:

Provide customer support via telephone and email, assisting with product selection, updates, problem resolution, and order processing through our Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system.
Communicate customer feedback to appropriate teams across Sales, Quality Assurance, Technical, Production, Administration, Accounting, and Marketing departments.
Utilize in-depth knowledge of Fluidra’s product offerings to address customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction while adhering to organizational policies.
Manage specialized tasks, including sample orders, faxed orders, and private account management for at least two client accounts.
Other duties as assigned.
