Your Responsibilities

 

As a Software Engineer for the Global IT Labor Relations Team located in Moline, IL, you will...

 

• Be responsible for supporting product design by planning its work, coordinating with others, and writing and testing code to deliver functionality for the complete product or products it supports.
• Participate in discussions with the Scrum and Product teams to develop technical solutions to satisfy business requirements related to Labor Relations.
• Maintains and supports existing applicationsDevelops new software functionality for product development.
• Develops, codes, configures, and tests programs and systems.
• Utilize ITIL practices to provide quality IT services and support
• Evaluates and implements enhancement design solutions to improve cost, quality, and performance of software applications.

What Skills You Need

 

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience using Java, React, GitHub, AWS  
• Database Experience
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability and experience working in a self-directed mode.
• Strong, demonstrated problem solving skills.

• Exposure to EDL
• Experience using CPI to get data from SuccessFactors
• Expeiernce setting up alerts for job failures
• Exposure to ServiceNow, Jira

Education

 

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
 

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering.
