Are you someone who thrives at the intersection of people and tech? We’re looking for an experienced HR Applications Senior Specialist to join us in Amsterdam. You'll make sure our HR systems (like Personio, Greenhouse, Tamigo, and Staffbase) run smoothly and support our people strategy.

Acting as the link between HR and tech vendors, you’ll turn needs into smart, scalable solutions. From upgrades to issue fixes, you’ll keep our tools one step ahead. You’ll work hands-on within our Digital & Tech team, collaborating closely with our People team to make great ideas happen.

What You’ll Do

• Own the day-to-day management, optimization, and continuous improvement of our HR/People applications
• Act as the first point of contact for issue resolution, change requests, and backlog management across our systems
• Collaborate closely with the People team to align tools and workflows with our overall people strategy
• Partner with tech vendors and internal stakeholders to configure, test, and implement solutions that actually work
• Stay ahead of product updates and industry best practices, bringing fresh ideas into our HR tech stack
• Support the full lifecycle of projects, from scoping and design to go-live and beyond
• Contribute to smarter people processes in areas like talent management, L&D, and C&B by leveraging the right tools
• Keep documentation up to date and ensure smooth communication between teams and vendors

What You’ll Have

• A university degree in HR, Business Administration, ICT or a mix of these
• 5+ years of experience in HR/People Operations roles, ideally in fast-paced, complex environments
• Solid hands-on experience working with tools like Personio, Greenhouse, Tamigo, or Staffbase (or similar)
• Strong understanding of people processes and how technology can elevate them
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills
• The ability to communicate tech stuff in a way that makes sense to non-tech people (and vice versa)
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a nice bonus
• A curious, flexible mindset — you know how to switch gears when priorities shift
