Job Description
The Production Planner supports the stability and efficiency of the daily operation.
Core Responsibilities:
- Make a detail Production plan accommodated by day and by machine considering multiple restrictions:
- Machine capacity available.
- Labor available
- Materials Availability
- Change overs allowed.
- Analyze deviations in the scheduling process highlighting machine overload /or bottlenecks propose and implement actions to maintain a plan stable.
- Create/ adjust a production orders of week 1 to 3 based on the latest changes driven by urgencies or/ materials availability.
- Ensure the production plan is posted (release) in SAP system and keep it updated.
- Trigger actions to the main partners in case to foresee any risk to put on risk to deliver the plan of Week 1 to 3.
- Follow up the plan accomplishment released in the previous week ,in case of deviation request actions using the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology.
- Actively participate in Continues Improvement process and Quality Activities(audits) in the area.
Are you up for the challenge?
- +3 years experience as a production planner.
- Experience proven to build optimized schedules that balance production efficiency and delivery performance.
- 1 years experience using a digital visualization tools such as Power BI or others.
- The base salary for this position generally ranges between $ $72,000 USD- $95,00 USD . This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.
