Talent Acquisition Partner

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead and manage commercial hiring processes at a group level. In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our commercial teams across multiple locations. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, hiring managers, and business leaders to build strong hiring strategies, ensuring we bring in the best talent to drive business success.

This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter with a strong background in commercial hiring. You will be part of a collaborative Talent Acquisition team operating across multiple markets. If you are passionate about talent acquisition and want to shape commercial hiring at a group level, we’d love to hear from you!

We're looking for someone who: 

• Has proven experience in talent acquisition within commercial recruitment at a regional or global level.
• Is fluent in English (both written and spoken) with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.
• Is skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
• Has experience hiring across multiple markets, understanding different talent landscapes.
• Demonstrates strong sourcing skills, with expertise in market mapping and proactive talent engagement.
• Is data-driven and able to provide hiring analytics to support business decisions.
• Is highly organized and can manage multiple open positions while maintaining attention to detail.
• Is open to occasional travel for team and business alignment meetings.
• Has experienced working with applicant tracking systems (we use Greenhouse).

What you'll be doing:  

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborating with People & HR teams to ensure alignment between hiring, workforce planning, and business strategy.
• Work closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs and define the recruitment strategy. 
• Offer guidance on best hiring practices.
• Proactively identifying and engaging passive talent using sourcing tools, market mapping, and networking.
• Providing data-driven insights and reporting on hiring progress, market trends, and talent pipeline health.
• Acting as an advisor to hiring managers, ensuring best hiring practices and a strong employer brand presence.
• Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies where needed.
