We are currently seeking a Field Services Director - Remote Based to join our team in Cary, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

 

The Field Services Director will be dedicated to one client and responsible for leading the Field Services Team to ensure quality support while meeting SLAs and customer satisfaction performance results.

 

 

Role Responsibilities

• Provides direction and guidance for administration and results for multiple departments within a function of work area
• Translates business plans into objectives and exercises latitude in managing operations
• Accomplishes results through the efforts of subordinate managers / professional team members
• Leads the senior relationship with the supplier
• Drives service level improvement and management of field service teams and suppliers
• Resolves escalation to maintain strong client experience levels
• Able to work across countries and understand local requirements
• May have trade compliance responsibility for multiple countries
• Assists in developing strategic goals and plans for field service operations
• Drives new product/service launches and owns negotiation of service delivery in local countries and decides the implementation plan

 

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years previous IT leadership experience
• 8+ years prior technical/IT experience

 

 

Additional Preferences

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Graduate degree
• Advanced negotiation skills
• Demonstrated experience developing and driving field service strategies and operational plans
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• ITIL Certification

 

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $111,000 – $181,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
