You will lead terminal operations, optimize performance, and play a key role in scaling Cargomatic’s presence in the market.</p> <p>We are looking for a proactive, hands-on leader with deep knowledge of port operations, containerized freight, driver management, and terminal processes.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <p><em>Terminal Operations Leadership</em></p> <ul> <li>Accountable for safe operations that meet regulatory requirements</li> <li>Maintain and grow capacity to meet market demand</li> <li>Oversee all daily terminal and drayage operations</li> <li>Control costs across drivers, terminals, and chassis while maximizing revenue</li> <li>Ensure efficient container movement, dispatching, yard flow, and coordination with port terminals and partners</li> <li>Optimize processes to reduce dwell time and improve service performance</li> </ul> <p><em>Team Management &amp; Development</em></p> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and develop terminal staff (dispatchers, clerks, yard personnel)</li> <li>Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement</li> <li
