Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position): The Teaching Assistant for Art 205 will assist with maintaining the photography studio and lab, helping students with technical questions during class, and setting up/cleaning up photo demonstrations.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Assisting with photography/printing demonstrations
  • Setting up

                                   ○    Assisting during

                                   ○    Cleaning up

• Helping to keep the studio clean and stocked
  • Refilling solutions

                                   ○    Cleaning surfaces and tools as needed

                                   ○    Tidying the studio before and after class

• Answering student technical questions

Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills) 

• Student has taken Art 205 previously
• Student is organized, punctual, and reliable
• Student is skilled at clear communication
• Student has the ability to work independently
