Your Responsibilities

 

As a Manager Business to Business & Business to Government Audit for JD Cary located in Cary, NC, you will:

 

• The Audit Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the audit staff in a fast-paced ever changing order processing environment.
• The primary focus of this role is to manage and monitor team performance metrics, ensure team meets and exceeds performance targets while delivering exceptional customer service experience to our dealers, customers, and stakeholders.
• The Audit Manager will manage the quotes and the quote distribution. It is essential for the manager to understand and plan for variables that impact processing times such as peak seasons, vacations, holidays, etc.
• Develop and train audit staff to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team, conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans.
• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, trends, and key metrics. Collaborate with other departments to share insights and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret quote data, identify trends and make data-drive decisions.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 

What Makes You Stand Out

 

• Knowledge of Strategic Accounts Business Division.  
• Experience managing relationships with dealers or customers.
• Knowledge of the dealer channel.

 

Education

 

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

 

• BA/BS in Business/Finance/Sales/Marketing discipline
