Manager – GNS Business Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Build robust processes to ensure ongoing compliance with Enterprise policies including, but not limited to, AEMP 54, AEMP 08, AEMP 71

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory of 3rd party relationships

• Ensure strong third-party governance through TLM and Alternate Practice frameworks for network participants and other relevant 3rd parties

• Coordinate relevant Project Guardian workstreams for GNS

• Help build a strong control environment to ensure that network participants comply with AXP’s Business and Operational Policies (BOP)

• Help drive awareness, consistency, and standardization across GNS teams on the above-mentioned processes

• Support and collaborate in any additional GNS Business Operations key initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong project management experience with ability to influence and drive change

• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking

• Proven ability to understand complex end to end processes

• Output oriented mindset and working well under pressure to execute at pace

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident presenting to senior management & creating compelling messaging to drive change

• Strong relationship management skills across stakeholders of all levels

• Flexibility to quickly adapt to a dynamic and changing environment. Ability to re-focus according to business wide strategic priorities

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, control management or internal audit

• Bachelor's Degree required

Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits
