Recruitment Enablement and Experience team works in lock-step with our People Org Product and People Org Engineering partners along with Talent Acquisition Recruiting partners to deliver a portfolio of technology solutions, including a wide range of 3rd party SaaS products and custom developed applications!

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Technology Program Manager to drive end-to-end tech stack execution and vision for our TA Tech Stack. You will report to the Director of Recruitment Enablement and Experience function. This role will help implement, support and maintain new products, features, and initiatives and improve current functionality based on stakeholder priorities. As the Recruitment Technology Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and implementing various technology solutions to optimize our recruitment processes, enhance candidate experience, and drive operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, and vendors, to ensure successful implementation and ongoing management of recruitment technology programs. You will work alongside HR, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance & IT leaders and subject matter experts in supporting Zillow recruitment programs. In this role you will get to:

  • Execute a comprehensive recruitment technology strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of recruitment technology platforms, tools, and systems.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize technology needs and requirements for recruitment processes.

  • Manage and oversee the implementation and integration of recruitment technology solutions, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to existing processes.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment technology programs and initiatives, making necessary adjustments and improvements as needed.

  • Act as the point of contact for vendors and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

  • Provide training and support to end-users on recruitment technology systems, ensuring adoption and proficiency.

  • Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in recruitment technology, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Collaborate with various internal partner teams to address any technical issues or concerns related to recruitment technology systems.

  • Prepare and present reports and updates on recruitment technology programs to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Lead roadmaps as related to Recruiting Tech Stack.

  • Identify new functionalities, features in existing systems.

  • Establish success metrics and ensure performance of products ensuring easy adoption and interoperability across the lines of business.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $103,200.00 - $164,800.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • 3+ years as a Recruitment Technology Program Manager operating in an Agile development environment.

  • 2-4 years experience driving product development within an HRIS or equivalent.

  • 2-4 years experience with enterprise wide SaaS applications including 3rd party vendor relationship management and implementation of new 3rd party tools.

  • Solid understanding of Talent Acquisition business processes and how they impact systems.
