The Product Marketing Intern will assist in developing and updating sales support tools and marketing collateral, as well as supporting the Marketing Team in developing product positioning and messaging statements.
At the conclusion of the internship, the intern will have a clear understanding of how their product marketing drives commercial execution in the medical device industry.
This is a part-time summer internship position (less than 30 hours a week), working with the Marketing Team at Kestra.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Project: The Product Marketing Intern will work as part of the Marketing team alongside Clinical and Marketing Communications to help drive Kestra’s commercial execution. Responsibilities will include participating in core team meetings for new product launch planning; drafting and updating sales support tools and marketing collateral, and contributing to market development activities.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentations.
- Analysis of market research and trends to support positioning and messaging.
- Design and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) dashboard for new product launch tracking
- Project Presentation: Present internship project results and findings to the Marketing team and Kestra executive leadership at the conclusion of the internship.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience Required:
- 2nd year or higher undergraduate in a business degree
- Strong desire to learn and professional drive
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Basic understanding of different marketing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Adaptability to working style and inputs and enthusiasm to produce high-quality marketing materials
WORK ENVIRONMENT:

INTERNSHIP ELIGIBILITY:
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within the past 6 months
- Must not have completed one year of continual employment with Kestra Medical Technologies
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess unrestricted work authorization
- Must provide own transportation to/from work
- Must successfully complete and pass a criminal and employment background screening that meets the allowable FDA requirements and is in accordance with EEOC rules and regulations
- Must successfully pass a pre-internship drug screen
