Job Summary
The Workforce Analytics (WFA) team at NetApp is dedicated to helping the business thrive in an ever-changing market and economy while creating exceptional employee experiences. As a Senior Workforce Analytics Consultant, you will play a vital role in extracting intelligence from data and delivering on the team's goals.
Our ideal candidate will possess a strong balance of analytical and problem-solving skills, business consulting expertise, and excellent communication abilities. Additionally, you should thrive in a dynamic team environment and collaborate closely with other members of the WFA team, including Consultants, Product, Reporting, HR Technology, and Program Management Teams.
In this role, you will primarily assist HR Centers of Excellence/Expertise. Collaborating with key HR partners in areas such as Talent Enablement, Total Rewards and Workforce Planning, you will lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation to analytics to recommendations to drive impact across different functions. As a senior member of this team, you will be expected to spearhead initiatives and lead cross-team projects coordinating resources and prioritizing work. Your typical day will involve client consultation, program design, analysis, insights generation, and storytelling.
Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Consultation: Utilize your expertise in organizational science principles and analysis to help clients frame problems, answer questions, and design solutions that align with business objectives.
- Design: Collaborate with the product team to build and drive products that provide insights on areas of focus and track progress.
- Analysis & Insights: Analyze data to generate meaningful insights and combine this intelligence with the latest thinking in organizational science to support data-driven decision-making.
- Storytelling: Present your insights in the context of the problem to help clients and the business move forward.
- Leadership and Strategic Thinking: Some of the areas supported will be implementing new technology; this requires ability to understand the personas being served, problems being solved and utilizing new technology to provide right insights at the right time.

Job Requirements
• 8 - 10 years of relevant work experience designing and deploying effective strategies in support of the People Analytics
• Experience developing processes and tools that evaluate workforce metrics to improve employee experience and business decision-making.
• Experience leading collaborative, multi-functional projects and toggling between strategic and tactical efforts.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or Finance or related experience preferred.
• Experience with advanced data visualization and reporting tools.
