What you can expect

In this role, you will drive the business development of our digital product portfolio:

You will lead strategic initiatives within digital product management.
You will take ownership of financial planning and reporting across multiple digital products.
You will guide cross-functional decisions related to go-to-market strategies and commercialization models.
You will define, optimize, and scale our partner and ecosystem operating model, including partner evaluation, onboarding, lifecycle management, performance tracking, and commercial alignment.
You will lead partner discussions and performance reviews, turning insights into structured actions and measurable outcomes.
You will ensure end-to-end alignment across Product, Commercial, Marketing, Legal, Tax, IT Security, and Privacy teams.
You will act as a trusted sparring partner to the management team, providing clear options, evaluating trade-offs, and preparing decision-ready recommendations.

What makes you stand out

You hold a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification, combined with several years of professional experience in a similar role.
You bring solid experience in product management and have a strong understanding of digital products and services.
You have successfully contributed to the launch, development, and scaling of digital products while managing complex projects in dynamic environments.
You are characterized by strong analytical thinking, a proactive mindset, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to your work.
You enjoy collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and stand out through transparent, reliable, and audience-focused communication.
You are fluent in German, both written and spoken, and complement this with excellent English language skills.
You have a strong passion for digital technologies, innovation, and process optimization, which further strengthens your profile.
