- Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Flexibility: Some schedule flexibility - schedule must be discussed with and approved by the manager or team lead.
- On-call requirements: 1 winter and 1 summer holidays
- Weekday and Weekend oncall requirements: None
- Holiday on-call rotation from 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
