This role is responsible for leading the enhancement and optimizations of payments systems for both mobile and web based products. As we continue building on our client platform to offer industry-leading payment experiences, this role will partner closely with internal and external stakeholders with diverse backgrounds.   The ideal candidate will be able to measure and mine insights from data, work backward from the customer to innovate on product features and work with engineering teams to deliver product improvements and drive operational excellence. Successful candidates will have a history of managing technical products from ideation to launch and growing them into market leaders. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
  • Drive payment product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teammates (Product, Software Engineering, Data Services, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure features are delivered according to determined timelines
  • Align efforts with Engineering, Data, and Key Stakeholders to foster internal and external relationships
  • Maintain expert knowledge on our payment experience and the needs of the customer
  • Provide overall direction for our Payment technologies by analyzing business objectives and customer needs
  • Partner with Operational stakeholders to ensure a positive payment experience and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to inform product decisions by analyzing the competitive landscape and identifying emerging money movement trends
  • Own the Payment product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining and tracking key performance indicators to assess value and inform improvements
  Qualifications  
  • 4+ years of experience in Fintech and/or modern payment solutions
  • Experience owning and leading payment product portfolios for a high growth organization
  • Strong understanding of payment processing systems, embedded banking and card products
  • Proven track record of building and managing both internal and external Fintech partnerships in a fast-paced environment
  • Track record of successfully launching products at scale
  • Deep expertise in payments, specifically including bank payment rails such as ACH, Fed wires, RTP and Fed Now
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams, influence direction and drive product vision
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience making data-driven decisions
  Preferred Qualifications   
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or a related field
  • 4+ years in Technical Program Management
  • 2+ years of successful execution in a high growth organization
