Description

The primary responsibilities of our Medical Laboratory Assistant are to perform and evaluate semi-technical laboratory procedures on patient specimens, test material/reagents, blood products, and quality control material. This position works in various areas of the clinical and anatomic pathology laboratories.

 

Additional responsibilities include processing samples for testing, including centrifugation, aliquoting, storage, and shipping. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred with four years of experience.
• Degree in Biology, Science or related major may be considered in lieu of experience.
