Entrepreneur in Residence Intern

THE MISSION:

comstruct is building the agentic workforce for European construction. Our agents turn paper delivery notes, fragmented invoices and offline supplier decisions into structured, real-time data and live decisions, embedded inside the largest contractors in Europe and the US. To accelerate this journey, we secured a €12.5M seed financing round from 20VC and Google Ventures, along with top European investors.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As part of our growth, we are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence Intern to join the G&A team.

This job is a unique opportunity to learn how to operate a startup - from Finance to Talent, GTM & operations.

🚀 What we are looking for:

- Recent graduation from one of the world's top universities

- You have completed internships in top investment banks, leading startups or Tier 1 consultancies

- You have experience in (financial) modeling, building automations and developing sales processes

- You are extremely driven and have a track record to prove that, as we expect a very high level of structure and ownership from you

- Full proficiency in German (C2) and English

- Please note that this role requires a high level of office presence

- Nice to have: You just finished your studies and are looking for a 3 month internship with opportunity to join full-time.

🚀 What you will be working on:

- GTM & Operations: Support the structure of our international expansion. You will work on central topics across our commercial departments to multiply our revenue.

- Talent: We need to find the best talent there is to build a world-class organization. In close cooperation with the comstruct leadership you will source some of the most relevant positions.

- Finance: You will own central processes including cost management and accounting.
