Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The position requires ability to work occasional weekends and holidays as necessary as part of release cycles.

The Work Itself

• Reviews and understands system test requirements, integrated testing activities, and results
• Provides user acceptance testing prior to full production deployments
• Defining the appropriate test to be carried out including the test data to be used
• Liaising with the requirements gathering and software development teams
• Running diagnostic and system testing and presenting the information to the relevant stakeholders
• Interacting with and coordinating test validation, including post-production validation with stakeholders
• Provide a comprehensive approach to defect management i.e. defect clustering, triaging, etc.
• Understanding of various stages of system testing (i.e., performance, integration, regression, functional, etc.)
• Create opportunities to increases efficiency, consistency and value of testing
• Understanding of system environments to optimize testing strategies

The Skills You Bring

• 3+ years
