About the Job

The salary range for this position is $285,000 to $305,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the executive team and functional budget owners to provide operational analysis and reporting, establish alignment on long-term strategy, and drive improvements to operating efficiency and forecasting.
• Building and scaling the corporate finance and business unit finance teams to support operational execution, accurate forecasting cycles, including variance analyses and identifying risks and opportunities. 
• Drive and provide support for ad-hoc strategic financial analyses and projects to support senior management and business decisions. 
• Support corporate development execution including mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions. 
• Support the investor relations function - especially with regular reporting, as well as investor and analyst outreach. 
• Partner with our accounting team during month end close cycles to ensure reporting accuracy and performance vs plan analysis. 
• Track external financial benchmarks to drive the optimal financial strategy and align investor expectations. 
• Manage key deliverables and assist senior management in preparing external communications. 

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working in or with high-growth technology companies
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
• Experience with M&A and financing transactions
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Experience with Netsuite, Adaptive, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
• Ability to work collaboratively across different functions and effectively influence senior business partners
• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Manager/Lead or related occupation
• Option to work from home is available

Itinerant Employment - Employee may be required to work at various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Incidental travel may be required to client's offices located throughout the U.S.
