Technology Program Manager - Associate

<h3>About the Role</h3> <p>iCapital is seeking a Technology Program Manager to partner closely with Engineering / Technology leadership to deliver complex, high-impact initiatives across the firm’s most critical technology priorities.</p> <p>This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — bringing best-in-class program management practices to large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. The team operates in an internal consulting capacity, driving clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution across multi-team programs.</p> <p>You will engage across a diverse portfolio including greenfield software development, enterprise vendor implementations, cloud and infrastructure initiatives, data & analytics and machine learning efforts, and broader technology innovation programs.</p> <p>As iCapital continues to scale, we are increasingly leveraging AI-enabled tools and automation to enhance engineering productivity and program transparency. This role requires comfort operating in an AI-augmented environment — identifying opportunities to use emerging technologies to improve planning, reporting, decision-making, and cross-team coordination.</p> <p>This is a leadership and execution role focused on orchestration, visibility, and delivery excellence — it does not involve hands-on coding or testing.</p> <p> </p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs spanning multiple engineering teams</li> <li>Partner with Engineering to define scope, roadmap, milestones, and measurable outcomes</li> <li>Establish clear governance, reporting, and risk management practices to ensure transparency and accountability</li> <li>Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to senior stakeholders</li> <li>Collaborate with Technology leadership to shape forward-looking strategy and execution frameworks</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery effectiveness across the broader Technology organization</li> <li>Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving initiatives</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>4–6 years of relevant experience</li> <li>Experience in at least two of the following: <ul> <li>Technical Program Management</li> <li>Financial services industry</li> <li>Technology or financial services consulting</li> </ul> </li> <li>Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies</li> <li>Familiarity with relational database concepts and data modeling</li> <li>Exposure to cloud technologies (e.g., AWS)</li> <li>Experience with project
