About the role:

The challenge

Be part of a team that is dedicated to the continuous improvement and evolution of strategic aspects of our product foundation. This team is responsible for designing top notch interactions and experiences on our native apps (such as search, architecture and navigation, chats and comms) that will guide and help other QuintoAndar's teams on delivering amazing products.

As a Designer on this team, we expect you to:

• Find and propose opportunities to evolve the QuintoAndar experience and create Design solutions to address them that can impact the entire platform and are in line with the company's strategic objectives.
• Be a technical reference in Visual Design for the Design Chapter, helping to establish quality standards for this skill; and helping and influencing designers to follow them.
• Collaborate with product designers to ensure a unique and enchanting experience in the Living segment (search for properties, schedule visits, make a proposal, move, and live in a rented or purchased property).
• Work in multidisciplinary teams of engineers, product managers and other stakeholders to understand business needs and participate in decision making.
• Work together with the engineering team for flawless implementation of your projects.
• Participate in discussions and contribute to the development of the company's long-term design strategies.
• Give and receive feedback
