People in our Public Service group serve an array of clients across state and local government, non-profit, and educational industries.
The Public Service Principal Director is experienced in delivering programmatic, operational, and organization design, transformation and service delivery in performance and outcome improvements. The Principal Director will also design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and process.
Ability to travel 75%.
Here’s What You Need:
- A minimum of 10 years of high value consulting experience
- A minimum of 10 years of public service experience
- Public Service Industry expert/thought leader with a minimum of 7 years of transformation delivery experience and client development experience
Bonus Points If:
- You have a bachelor's degree
- You have experience bringing innovative ideas to projects
- A minimum of 7 years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines
- A minimum of 7 years of large-scale delivery experience with minimal help
- Experience with public speaking, publications, trade journal coverage or trade association coverage.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
