We are currently seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer/Technical Lead - Hybrid Position to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

 

Our Salesforce Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the technical activities within their assigned technology function. They ensure that all team objectives align with organizational goals, support daily operations, and maintain adherence to organizational policies. The Team Lead plays a critical role in problem-solving, decision-making, and facilitating collaboration between team members and other stakeholders.

 

This is a Hybrid role - 2 days per week will be required at the client site in Dallas.

 

Required Salesforce Development skills.

• 8 + years experience in Apex programming, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• 6+ years experience using Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL).
• 6+ years experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs, and tools like MuleSoft or Salesforce Connect.
• 6+ years experience declarative development tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Validation Rules.
• 6+ years experience in Salesforce Auto Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• 6+ years experience in Salesforce Security Model (profiles, roles, sharing rules, etc.).
• 6+ years experience with AppExchange products and custom app deployment.
• 6+ years experience with Salesforce in captive finance lending, retail finance or automotive domains.

 

Custom Development

• Experience in developing custom apps, workflows, and components to extend Salesforce capabilities.
• Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with external systems using middleware and custom integrations.

 

DevOps and Deployment:

• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado.
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines tailored for Salesforce environments.

 

Data Management:

• Skills in data migration tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, or dataloader.io.
• Experience with data cleanup, deduplication, and quality maintenance within Salesforce.

 

Salesforce Certifications:

• Salesforce Administration
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II (required).
• Salesforce Platform App Builder.
