Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive process and manufacturing engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead and elevate the capabilities of your team, impacting the future of transportation technology. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Product Introduction Managers, Production, Quality, and Safety teams), manage and support the industrialization of new products, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Defining and updating the function procedures, way of working, and methodologies,
-
Ensuring the staffing of the team according to the projects firm and forecasted workload,
-
Building induction and training program for the new comers,
-
Maintaining the skills matrix of the team and building the annual training plan,
-
Deploying industrialization standards such as Method Time, EHS, Ergonomics, and Work Instructions,
-
Deploying industrialization methodologies including ICONE, P-FMEA, Control Plan, QRQC, and Task Sequencing,
-
Deploying IS tools for industrialization like PLM (DELMIA), ERP (GSI), MES,
-
Supporting product/project industrialization by coordinating with the PIM and following the progress of industrial deliverables,

Ensuring Method Time is well calculated and Master data are accurate and at the good quality level

Degree in Engineering or related field,

Experience or understanding of manufacturing engineering and production in the railway industry,

Knowledge of CAD and PLM tools (CATIA, DELMIA, etc.),

Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-up,
-
A certification or communication skill in English read, written, spoken,
-
Other skill needed: Technical experience in Process Engineering and writing manufacturing work instructions,
-
Other skill needed: Proficiency in line balancing and Lean Manufacturing,
-
Other skill needed: Working knowledge in Quality, EHS standards, and Ergonomics,
-
Other skill needed: Experience with Process FMEA and QRQC methodologies,
-
Other skill needed: Ability to manage and support a team effectively with a spirit of “Team Trust Action”
