As a Customer Service Representative of the Re-Supply Call Center, you will be responsible for the intake of Medtronic Diabetes commercial supply reorders. The CSR will answer inbound telephone calls from customers to enter orders for products, as well as address customer questions.
Location: Monday to Friday in our San Antonio office.
Hours: 9:30am - 6:00pm. Business hours are 7:00am - 7:00pm, and shifts may change based on business needs.

Compensation: Set hourly rate of $18.00 per hour plus an incentive that could earn you an additional 5%.
Job duties and responsibilities include:
- Respond to inbound calls and customer inquiries regarding Medtronic Diabetes products.
- Follow-up via telephone and email with customers to ensure questions are answered and orders placed.
- Ensure all patient documents are on file as dictated by Medtronic and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously increase knowledge of diabetes products through ongoing study of materials and participation in training programs.
- Electronically reviews physician charts, labs, and notes to receive insurance approval
- Advocates for our patients’ needs by building relationships with physicians and insurance companies
Must Have: Minimum Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or medical billing/insurance experience
Nice to Have
- Previous work experience in an inbound call center environment.
- Previous experience working with Durable Medical Equipment and/or Pharmacy Benefits.
- Knowledge of Diabetes and Insulin Pump Therapy and related products.
- Ability to document calls by typing on a keyboard while speaking to a customer on the phone.
- Working knowledge of computer operation, including the ability to navigate through multiple computer monitors and computer programs at the same time.
