Roof & Solar Project Manager

Description

We are excited to be hiring a new Roof & Solar Project Manager at Lifetime Roof & Solar. This position will have no employee direct reports and will report directly to the Production Manager. The Roof & Solar Field Project Manager plays a vital role in the success of our company. As the Project Manager, you will be is responsible for the oversight of Roof & Solar projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Reviewing the scope of work prior to the job to ensure that materials are properly ordered & delivered

• Meeting with homeowners to provide excellent customer service and explain all expectations associated with the roofing project

• Maintaining ongoing communication with customers through the completion of the build

• Directly managing and overseeing roofing crews and providing them with detailed instructions

pertaining to each project to ensure jobs are completed on time, per the scope of work, and to

the highest standard

• Managing material inventory on each project to ensure all needed materials are correctly

stocked by the distributor and any missing items are acquired in a timely fashion

• Completing documentation pertaining to each individual project: change orders, project photos,

material overages/shortages

• Ensure SOP is being followed on every project

• Ensure safety protocols are being followed subcontractors

• Demand the highest of quality workmanship from subcontractors

• Provide exceptional customer service to our customers and referral partners

• Inspections & closing permits

• Handling completion of repair orders

• Be the trusted expert in all aspects of roofing and solar installation

• Assist Sales Team with emergency repairs as needed

• Be a team player and help maintain a great company culture

 Compensation & Benefits:

• $65,000 base salary.

• Three weeks paid vacation, accrued sick time, and paid holidays.
