About the Communication Administration Specialist:
MarketStar is currently hiring a Communication Administration Specialist. As a Communications Admin Specialist, your responsibilities will include managing documentation and content, handling both internal and external communications, and developing presentations and collateral. Additionally, you will collaborate and align with various teams to ensure cohesive communication strategies.
Location: US - Remote
What will you do?
Maintain and update partner program guides, policies, and process documentation
Ensure content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with program changes
Develop and manage a centralized repository of partner program resources
Draft and distribute program updates to internal stakeholders and external partners
Assist with preparation of briefing materials for executive updates, QBRs, and partner meetings
Coordinate internal newsletters, FAQs, and knowledge articles related to the program
Assist with presentations for internal stakeholders and partner-facing use
Support partner-facing initiatives with branded templates, one-pagers, and pitch decks
Work with marketing and design teams to ensure assets reflect UiPath’s brand and message
Serve as the communication liaison across teams to ensure alignment on messaging
Partner closely with Program Managers and Partner Ops to surface and clarify key updates
Support change management efforts by ensuring stakeholders are informed and equipped
Other applicable duties as assigned
What will you need to succeed?
Relevant degree or certification in Communications or a related field.
Strong experience with MS Office Suite including documents, spreadsheet, and presentation programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to communicate timely updates as needed
Previous experience supporting mid to senior level management
