Responsibilities and Impact:

This position plays a critical role in fostering community professional development programs to support the growth of CERAWeek revenue and engagement through program management and commercialization. Additionally, through internal alignment with research, commercial, and marketing, this role leverages CERAWeek as a platform to embed CI deeper into these communities.

Community Programs

  • Oversee program development and operational production of the Future Energy Leaders and Professional Development Programs at CERAWeek
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy and commercial roadmap for the Future Energy Leaders (FEL) and Professional Development Program (PDP), to drive sustainable growth and meet internal and external objectives
  • Development of new programs including Campus, an initiative whose goal is to develop a commercial framework for our engagement with universities.
  • Manage relationship outreach with key universities, students, industry supporters, and potential partners, fostering collaboration between academia and industry

Compensation/Benefits Information:

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $130,307 to $261,400. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years managing P&L; 7+ years of personnel management
  • 7+ years’ experience in commercial conferences, intimate understanding of various functions and communities
  • Experience designing and implementing strategic frameworks with commercial impact

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel, up to 25% of time
  • Natural and effective communicator, multiple languages preferred
  • Proven success in deftly managing internal and external stakeholders
