1st Shift: Slaughter Plant - Quality Assurance Tech
Dept. 110 Quality Control
Pay Rate: $ 16.75 per hour
Shift Time: QA time is rotated weekly as listed below:
Monday (Pre-Op) 3:40am-2:39pm
Tuesday-Friday (Slaughter) 4:00am-2:39pm
Monday -Friday (Cut Up and Post Chill) 8:00am-4:50pm
**Position requires High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Please bring proof to interview.
Summary Performs daily quality testing in the cut-up process of the slaughter facility by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Performs testing using approved procedures.
Creates records in a manner that meets quality standards.
Reports all important events to Lead and/or Quality Supervisor in a timely manner.
Responsible for any and all directives set forth by Senior Quality Management.
