Local Certified Nursing Assistant

NCG Associates is a reputable healthcare staffing company currently seeking compassionate and qualified Local Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Transfer patients safely to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other equipment
• Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Help patients with range of motion exercises and physical therapy routines
• Observe and report any changes in patients' condition or behavior
• Ensure patients' rooms are clean and well-maintained
• Document patient information accurately and maintain records
• Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to patients

Requirements

• Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of practice
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a CNA preferred
• Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Physical stamina and ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Start Date : ASAP

Pay rate: $920@40hrs weekly

Class : Local CNA

Length : 10 - 14 weeks

Shift : Day/ Evening/Night

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Experience Required: 2 years

License Required: CNA RI License

Covid 19: must be fully vaccinated

Sign on bonus: $150 (one time on second paycheck

Completion bonus: $50
