Director, Value Optimization-PMO
Locations: United States/Ireland/Philippines/Bulgaria
Position Overview:
The Project Management Office Director will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects within Platform Services. They will work closely with Financial Services stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, develop project plans, and ensure project execution and achievement of milestones. Collaboration with business owners, SMEs, and technical team members is critical. The ability to translate across the functional/technical divide is a required skill to be successful in this role. This is an individual contributor role.
What You’ll Do For Us:
Project Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets. Ensure project execution and achievement of milestones.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with business owners, SMEs, and technical team members to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure project success.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs.
Continuous Improvement: Identify, develop, and implement process and system improvements in the area of responsibility.
Communication Focus:
This role will require frequent collaboration with Financial Services, Operating Unit (OU), and Function teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Qualification & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, finance, or related field preferred.
Project Management Professional Certified Preferred
At least 10 or more years of experience, 5 in project management, with relevant examples of critical thinking and problem-solving.
Strong management and organizational skills, adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments.
Functional Skills:

Ability to Problem Solve.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver results.
Ability to identify, develop and implement process and system (i.e. Microsoft Office, Azure Dev Ops, MS Project) improvements.
