Trainee - Client Administrator

The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to customer and driver inquiries (internal and external) via phone and email in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal Holman departments to investigate issues and deliver closed-loop resolutions.
- Accurately log all inquiries, issue details, and resolutions within Holman systems.
- Provide regular status updates to clients on open items.
- Process fleet database updates, duplicate material requests, and activation/deactivation of fuel card PINs in accordance with client parameters.
- Update and audit client profiles and manage communications with third-party vendors.
- Serve as a dedicated, single point of contact for assigned client(s).
- Manage end-to-end process coordination for supply chain activities, including acquisition, delivery, and remarketing for a specific client.
- Host recurring meetings with clients, vendors, and internal teams to review topics such as order status, driver concerns, invoicing, and operational updates.
- Support additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in customer service, account management, or retail preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated initiative, independence, and ability to multitask across client and departmental needs.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for decisions and outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive working relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone communication and active listening.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
