How you will make an impact:

The Director of Dining Services is responsible for the overall management, compliance, and success of the dining services program at Village Shores Senior Campus. Ensure that dining services is operating appropriately by monitoring budgets, menus, cleaning schedules, and being a devoted steward of resident’s funds and belongings. The Director of Dining Services will ensure that all dining staff are trained and competent to not only provide quality service but delight the residents along the way. 

The schedule is during the day (8 AM to 5 PM, M-F) with the flexibility to fill shifts as needed; some holidays and weekends are required.

What you will need:

• High School Diploma or GED required, College course or culinary school preferred
• Graduate of an accredited course in Culinary Arts or 5 years of experience in a chef role 
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity
• Serve Safe Certification or ability to obtain within first 90 days of employment
