Key Qualifications:
Project management experience, with a focus on application implementations (Salesforce, SAP, or similar).
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana).
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing client-facing projects.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with risk management, issue resolution, and change management in an application implementation context.
Basic understanding of business processes and how enterprise applications like Salesforce or SAP support these functions.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
