Your story matters – keep writing it as part of our team.</p><p>Are you ready to join us?</p><p></p><p><strong>Tasks:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Leadership & Team Development: Responsible for leading, developing and motivating a team focused on collection management and process optimization; definition of clear roles and KPIs</p></li><li><p>Financial Operations & Collections: Manage Collections and Dunning Strategies to optimize cashflow and minimize overdue invoices; Develop and refine SOPs for collections and dispute resolution; drive automatization and efficiency improvements in current and planned invoicing tools</p></li><li><p>Cross functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Sales, Customer Sucess, Legal and Tax to align invoicing and collection effectiveness index; identify process gaps and root causes and areas for financial improvement; Support data-driven insights and financial reporting</p></li></ul><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><ul><li><p>3-5 years of relevant work experience in billing, collections or financial operations, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment</p></li><li><p>Experience in leading teams, driving process improvements and automatization</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Order to Cash process and multi-entity invoicing</p></li><li><p>Execllent Communication Skills (fluent oral and written in english and german) with the ability to work cross-functionally and align stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and define KPIs</p></li><li><p>Hands-on mentality, self-motivated, felxible and a proactive team player</p></li><li><p>Experience with SAP, Salesforce is an advantage</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><p>In addition to our great team, culture, and our shared goal of empowering people with data, there are many other things that make Statista a great place to work!
