<p>We are seeking a profile that can take on the responsibility for anchoring and driving regulatory initiatives in the line organisation. As the Senior Business Developer you will take a lead role in securing our compliance with driving analysis of regulation over implementation of requirements to ensuring relevant governance processes, as well as supporting performing and overseeing controls including securing needed reporting and escalations. </p>

<p>What you’ll be doing:</p>
<ul>
<li>Drive implementation of new regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Set up requirements and oversee execution on agreed control processes, perform controls where needed</li>
<li>Secure that risk are managed in accordance with Nordea Risk Management Framework </li>
<li>Analyse, initiate and follow-up on Regulatory issues, actions and development</li>
<li>Prepare recommendations and decision memos </li>
<li>Prepare needed reporting and escalations </li>
<li>Act as the point-of-entry of your initiatives </li>
</ul>

<li>Experience working with regulatory, risk or control framework</li>
<li>Experience or understanding of payments processes </li>
<li>Experience leading key initiatives</li>
<li>Excellent written & spoken English skills</li>
<li>Experience working closely with multiple stakeholders and complex issues/questions</li>
<li>Background from multicultural and international team</li>
