Your Responsibilities:

• As Senior Consultant Workday Recruiting, you will be part of an international product support team responsible for the configuration, maintenance, further development and smooth operation of the recruiting functionality of our HR IT system Workday.
• You will focus on the Workday Recruiting product and be responsible for carrying out business-as-usual.
• You will participate in the optimization of the domain by consulting with our internal stakeholders, such as the strategic process owner and the global strategic talent acquisition community at KION to realize the best Workday configuration to meet the required process needs.
• You will support globally with rapid error analysis and trouble shooting for the Workday Recruiting product.
• You are responsible for collecting, evaluating & delivering change requests
• You will be an expert and central contact person for Workday Recruiting
• You will work internationally for 40 countries.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• You have work experience in a similar international role for Workday business operations
• You have excellent Workday foundational skills for Business Process configuration, trouble shooting in Workday Recruiting, EIB uploads, Reporting (calculated fields) and Workday Security for Recruiting.
• Your working method is independent, conscientious and solution oriented.
