In this role you’ll sit as part of the Global Proposition & Product Marketing team, working alongside other marketing leaders responsible for headsets, software & services, and more. Passionate about products, and even more passionate about storytelling, the tight-knit Proposition & Product Marketing team are unashamed customer-geeks. The role is supported by a Senior Product Marketing Manager and reports to the VP, Global Proposition & Product Marketing based in London.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Assume ownership of the value proposition for all new Jabra Panacast video launches, working with Product Management to deliver the brief to marketing.
  • Own the definition of the target audience (the ”who”) and determine the key messaging (the ”what”) based on close internal stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee the marketing launch plan for all NPI, interacting with colleagues from Market Insights, our in-house creative team, digital marketing, PR etc.
  • Create propositons & messaging (incl. verified claims) tailored distinctly towards customers (end-users & ITDM), channel partners & alliance sellers.
  • Consistently include software & services as part of the overarching story, and knit these elements into marketing launch planning.
  • Act as the bridge within the marketing function that interfaces with the Video business unit and product management organization at all levels.
  • Translate complex & technical video product concepts into compelling, understandable stories supported by insights & proposition testing.
  • Develop & deliver enablement/training material (for internal and external audiences), plus compelling, high-impact sell-in content for customers.
  • Contribute into thought-leadership, social media, and in-life campaigns that relate to the Video/Meeting Room portfolio, striving to increase the share of voice that Video commands across internal teams.
  • Act as as spokesperson for the Jabra brand at major events/press launches on topics relating to the Video portfolio

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you

  • Are an outstanding communicator that can present with confidence and impact to both internal & external audiences.
  • Have experience working in a global technology company or managing
    hardware product portfolios.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the video/meeting room category, and can demonstrate a strong focus on new product introduction in video conferencing, unified communications, or adjacent technologies.
  • Have a track-record of working with major ecoystem partners such as Microsoft, Zoom or Google
  • Bring product marketing experience (global or regional) of minimum 8 years.
  • Possess a creative mindset, with the ability to craft inspiring stories and make these come alive visually (via eLearning, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Are curious about the WHY and the WHO, including the ability to re-evaluate existing beliefs and uncover insights that lead to compelling propositions.
  • Exhibit strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network across functional boundaries and collaborate with others.
  • Are a self-starter with who can hit the ground running, with lots of energy, drive and sense of urgency when needed.
  • Consider yourself to be adaptable to change, with the ability to prioritize and keep a cool head in a fast-moving environment.
  • Can be flexible to occasional international travel, based on business need.

At GN we pride ourselves on encouraging flexible working whenever possible. We trust our people to get the job done, to know when in-person collaboration is better than hybrid, and to be present when it's needed most.
