Title: Client Support Supervisor 

Location:  Riverhouse - 211 SE Caruthers St. Portland, OR 97214

Schedule: This is an In-person position, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Wage Range: $60,000 - $70,000/ Year

Position Overview:

The Client Support Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations and workflow of the resource center and call center. Monitoring phone metrics, internal and external referral completions and working closely with all NARA NW departments to be a subject matter expert/trainer for all resource staff members. 

What you will do:

•    Maintain a call/resource center manual which includes workflows on common questions, scheduling, referrals, insurance verifications, etc. 
•    Delegates and triages emergency phone calls in a timely and appropriate manner
•    Handles patient complaints and refers them to the appropriate level of management if necessary.
•    Coordinate and/or provide training for social service staff and other support staff specific to HRSN and referrals.
•    Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.  
•    Obtains proper patient/client signature prior to notifying insurance of referral and/or authorization request and obtains prior authorizations for HRSN services and reports to staff prior to service delivery
•    Document services delivered related to HRSN services for reimbursement.
•    Complete closed-loop referrals.
•    Working knowledge of insurance basics and OHP plans
•    Collaborates with NARA NW programs and shares information regarding the call/resource center.
•    Create workflows and assist with meeting SDOH metric goals.
•    Ensure all social service documentation is completed and up to date
•    Schedules maintenance of front office equipment and obtain supplies.
•    Provide reports as required.
•    Facilitates and attends meeting as required.

We would like to hear from people that have:

•    2 year of supervisory experience in social services or call center
•    3 years of experience in social service administration work.
•    Must pass a pre-employment or for cause drug tests.
•    Must pass criminal background and DMV checks.

Preferred Qualification:
•    Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field
•    Experience working with the Native American/Alaska Native community
