The Senior Systems Coordinator is a full-time position located in Hershey, Pennsylvania at Hershey’s Chocolate World. This is a full-time, hourly position that will include 40 hours per week and benefits with paid time off. This position requires weekday, evening, weekend and holiday availability at times. The starting hourly rate is $28.00 or more based on relevant experience. The company will not provide relocation assistance for this position.

 

Summary of Major Duties/Responsibilities:

The Senior Systems Coordinator will lead the on-site applications and systems at Hershey’s Chocolate World including administration, support, and enhancements working directly with business stakeholders and solution providers to meet business goals. Key systems and applications include Point of Sale and management portal, Attractions Ticketing application and management portal, Payment processing applications, Digital Signage, and additional Customer Facing Solutions.

The Senior Systems Coordinator will lead and assist support resources to deliver daily ongoing support to ensure the successful uninterrupted operation of all retail, food, and attraction systems issues, facilitate incidents with vendors and partners, and maintain tickets in Service Now.

The role will also participate in agile planning with IS and the business, in defining and testing new releases and/or enhancements, test plans, user training, and assist in the implementation and monitoring of new releases and updates.

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities.

· Ability to work independently and capable of managing multiple tasks

· Detailed working knowledge of Office365, Teams

· Working knowledge of Windows Applications

· Knowledge of Retail technology including Point of Sale applications, Digital Signage, Food and Beverage systems, and ticketing/CRM systems is preferred.

· Knowledge of Microsoft DynamicsD365, SQL, ServiceNow, Rally, and Clarity is preferred

· Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, fellow co-workers, and function effectively as part of a team

· Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry 30 pounds

 

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Education:

· High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

· Preferred Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems but not required or equivalent experience.

Experience:

· 2-3 years of relevant systems, networking, or programming experience is required.
