What you will be doing:
The Pharmacy Analyst, PremierProRx position will provide support for Premier’s PremierProRx Program for Premier members, and suppliers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following areas:
Implement a reporting system and process to house and manage monthly and quarterly reporting of member performance on the PremierProRx program
Maintain Tableau tools to support PremierProRx Program
Update and maintain PremierProRx databases
Implement monthly member compliance reporting to track progress
Interface with Pharmacy team to implement the program
Key Responsibilities
Responsibility #1 – 40%
Implement a monthly and quarterly reporting system for the PremierProRx program
Implement a process for consistent and timely reporting and payments
Coordinate analytical results with Finance for member payouts
Responsibility #2 – 20%
Maintain Tableau tools to support PremierProRx program
Maintain, and update PremierProRx databases
Responsibility #3 – 20%
Engage Field Pharmacy Team on Tools utilized
Engage with various members of Finance on program implementation and management
Engage with Premier members to provide program service as required
Engage with supplier community on providing financial reporting as necessary
Responsibility #4 – 20%
Utilize reporting tools and provide information to membership
Combine and compare large data sets
Develop ad hoc program reports as requested
Required Qualifications
Work Experience:
Years of Applicable Experience - 2 or more yearsEducation:
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Preferred Qualifications
Skills:
Data and statistical analysis
Business intelligence and visual analytic tools (e.g., Tableau)
Excel
Google Big Query and Access Database knowledge is a plus
