We’re hosting a RN Interview Day for the following units for Mount Sinai West Hospital on Thursday, May 1st, 2025. - BY INVITATION ONLY
Current RN Openings - Full Time Nights (7am to 7:30pm - plus every other weekend)
Units
- Critical Care Stepdown
- Progressive Care Med/Surg Stepdown
- Medical/Surgical - Orthopedics/General Surgery
- Medical/Surgical (Telemetry)
- Medical/Surgical (Medicine/Telemetry) - Part-Time (30 Hours)

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for managing the care of the adult patient experience general medical conditions or general surgical procedures.
All applicants must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree Nursing required
- Current New York State Registered Nurse / RN license (or willingness and eligibility to obtain) required
- At least one year of acute care hospital RN experience – highly preferred
- Relevant clinical competence in areas of nursing practice is critical for success; new graduates should possess current knowledge of the nursing care delivery model and its application
- Medical Surgical RN experience preferred
- Critical care Stepdown experience preferred for Critical Care Stepdown
- Progressive Care Med/Surg Stepdown experience - Stepdown, Telemetry and/or Neurosurgical highly preferred
- BLS
- ACLS/BLS required for Stepdown and Telemetry
