THE JOB:

As a Pool Cook at Overlook Grill, you’ll bring bold flavors to a vibrant, sunlit café just steps from Boulevard Pool. From signature breakfasts to curated lunch selections, you’ll craft high-quality dishes that leave a lasting impression on guests from around the world. Working alongside front-of-house staff, you’ll help create WOW experiences that go far beyond their stay. If you’re ready to showcase your culinary skills in a laid-back yet lively atmosphere, this is your opportunity!

THE STARTING RATE: $27.7826

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Show your culinary passion by crafting various menu items while following set recipes and standards

• Consistently maintain proper stocking, cleanliness, and sanitation of back-of-house areas

• Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling procedures

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• One year line cook experience in cafe or restaurant environment

• Experience with breakfast foods, especially variety style egg preparation

• Is comfortable in a restaurant kitchen and with the use of culinary tools, equipment, and techniques

• Takes pride in their work, provides a safe environment, and maintains health standards

• Describes themselves as detail-oriented, good communicator
