That's where you come in! <h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Implementation and support of customer projects with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.</li><li>Analysis of the customer situation and development of strategies for the implementation and operation of the SuccessFactors solution.</li><li>Support in all project phases - from the first workshops to implementation and support after go-live.</li><li>Independent performance of customer workshops and user trainings.</li><li>Support in presales activities such as system demos or preparation of offers.</li><li>Technical responsibility for the Employee Central module and actively driving the technical development of our team.</li><li>(Partial) project management in smaller teams on site at our customers.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Completed university studies, several years of relevant professional experience and successful current certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.</li><li>Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in SAP SuccessFactors. </li><li>Experience with project management and consulting methodologies.</li><li>Solution/process-oriented thinking and strong methodological skills. </li><li>Communication and teamwork skills as well as a convincing appearance.</li><li>Business fluent German and fluent English.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><a href="https://www.nagarro.com/hubfs/NagarroWebsiteRedesign-Aug2020/Assets/Docs/Applicant%20Privacy%20Notice-EN.pdf">Click here to access the application privacy notice</a></p>
