This is a part-time, credit-based position located in Austin, MN. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Riverland Community College, a member of the Minnesota State system, seeks a part-time Assistant Women’s Volleyball Coach. This position supports the Head Coach in developing and administering all aspects of the women’s volleyball program, including practice, competition, recruitment, and student-athlete support.
Salary Range:
Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
4 credits per season, ranging in $1,435 -$2,396 per credit
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma
One (1) year of volleyball coaching experience OR three (3) years of volleyball playing experience.
Preferred Qualification
Associate’s degree or higher.
Knowledge of and adherence to NJCAA rules and regulations.
Knowledge of current styles and techniques and ability to demonstrate these techniques to others.
Demonstrated experience working with multicultural and underserved populations.
Bilingual/multilingual fluent in Spanish, Karen, Karenni, Somali, Pohnpeian, French, Nuer, Anuak, or other languages that reflect our student body, workforce, and communities
