Machine Operator (Print Shop Technician)

Fluidra is looking for a Machine Operator (Print Shop Technician) to join our team in Sparks, MD.  WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

• Operate and maintain printing equipment, including printing press, die cutter, and other machinery.
• Prepare materials for printing, including building and printing screens and setting up machines.
• Mixing and matching inks to fall within specifications throughout the printing process.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and consistency in prints.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on equipment as instructed by the Production Lead.
• Ensure the proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate with team member(s) to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

WHAT WE SEEK

• Familiarity with basic machinery or manufacturing processes (experience in printing is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to learn technical operations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. 

 EDUCATION

• High school diploma or equivalent.
