About the Position

The Senior Data Scientist plays a critical role in leading analytical projects and developing advanced models that solve complex business challenges. Candidates should bring 5-10 years of experience in data science, with deep expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and big data technologies. This role demands leadership in technical execution, the ability to mentor junior data scientists, and strong collaboration skills to work with stakeholders across the organization. The Senior Data Scientist will drive innovation, refine data strategies, and deliver actionable insights that significantly impact business outcomes.

Responsibilities 

• Works independently and contributes significantly to technical strategy by providing insights using statistical analysis and machine learning models.
• Engages with stakeholders under guidance, helping to understand and solve their key challenges with data-driven solutions.
• Presents analytical and model results effectively, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.

• Executes and leads technical tasks and projects with minimal oversight.
• Conducts in-depth exploratory data analytics and feature engineering.
• Applies multiple modeling techniques to address business problems and demonstrates an ability to choose the appropriate model based on the problem at hand.
